Royal and Ancient Golf Course St Andrews Kingdom of Fife

Fife is famous for being the home of golf with the most famous golf course at St. Andrews. Fife boasts over 40 golf courses, many used as championship qualifying courses. Greenacres itself is situated within half a mile of the prestigious Drumoig Golf Centre which is home to the National Golf Academy.

To the South is the Neuk of Fife consisting of a number of historic maritime villages with their picturesque harbours dating from the 17th and 18th century. Typically the houses have stepped gables, white-washed stone walls and have grey slate or red clay tiled roofs.

Other activities within the vicinity include falconry centres, off road driving, clay pigeon shooting, archery, fishing, gliding, the famous Leuchars airshow and pony trekking to name but a few.
